Consultancy

My consultancy activities are always focused on creating a learning environment. This involves finding a balance between personal development and organizational learning as instruments for change.
Organizations are constantly changing and developing. Coping requires great perseverance and flexibility on the part of employees and management. Creating the conditions for synergy between people and processes is what I work towards constantly.

Parresia* has clients among:
- government agencies (local and national)
- education
- health care
- business
- industry.

Every client is unique and has unique requests. Together with the client, the issue and underlying problems are researched, resulting in a first proposal.
I do not offer packaged solutions for the problems or questions, but try to create the solution together with the client.
I see myself as a process consultant, and try to develop solutions that work in the long term, also when the consultants are not there to help.

Some examples:
- reinforce management development strategy by means of peer consultation
- development of a management development program for a University
- enhance effectiveness in a city administration department
- Socratic dialogue with a management team to develop a vision on the future.
