Cooperation with other organizations

As co-founder I am directly involved with Learning Consortium, an association of trainers and consultants from five European countries. We work together, mostly in projects for multinational companies.

Sioo has developed into an 'intellectual space and professional home' for professionals who want to contribute to successful change processes and innovations in organizations, and want to develop in the fields of organization studies and change management. I work as a tutor and facilitator for several groups of consultants and interim managers.

I am associate of The New Trivium, an institute dedicated to the application of the classical philosophical disciplines (dialectic, grammar and rhetoric) to the modern practice of management and organization. I regularly facilitate Socratic dialogues and provide training in dialogue skills.

Cooperation with colleagues

I have a solid network of colleagues who work in the same fields. They all are experienced facilitators, coaches and/or interim managers. In large projects we work together. If I lack the time or a specific problem fits the capacities of one of my colleagues better I refer the client to one of them.
